About Katie Rosenberg

I grew up in Pendleton Oregon on a 2000 acre wheat and cattle ranch. The property has been in my family for well over 100 years. I am very proud of it. I attended college in LaGrande Oregon (EOSU) and got a degree in Fine Art & Photography. After college I worked for Boise Cascade for 6 years. Starting in the LaGrande sawmill and then downtown Boise at the Corporate Office in Ponderosa Pine Lumber Sales. I chose Boise so that I could be close enough to the ranch to go home in a short days drive, but not close enough that I would be called upon to drive combine or shovel out the barn!

Real Estate appealed to me while buying my own property in Boise's North End. It is a 70+ year old "Diamond in the Rough" that I love and am STILL working on. Quite a project...... I met several agents before finding one that fit my demanding needs, and I realized that there was a need for a higher level of service in this industry, and that I was just the person to provide it. The clients I work with are very happy with the homes I have found for them and the services I can provide through AV West. The folks I have listed property for are equally happy with my professional demeanor and aggressive pursuit of qualified buyers for their homes.
